Brought my car in to have my annual inspection and emissions done on a Saturday morning. Originally advised it might be a couple hours because people had dropped off their cars, but would squeeze me in between repairs where possible. Actually ended up only waiting 15-20 minutes! Very friendly and helpful.
They did a repair job and it was an expensive one. The prices were comparable, maybe slightly cheaper than others locally. They did a good job and gave me a warranty for any problems after 3 years or 30k miles. I was satisfied and felt like what I spent was worth it.
They made a minor repair at no charge. They easily could have charged me, but I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I will keep coming back.
